As part of our standard service, we actively support you in keeping your systems running by providing a new hose within 48 hours. So you can be sure that your system will not be out of action (for long).
In the event of recurring breakdowns, our expert colleagues will be happy to help you identify and rectify the problem. Sometimes there is a more suitable product, the connection is not installed correctly or there is a lack of installation expertise. In order to fulfil all safety requirements, we always provide further information on our products, such as installation instructions and, of course, specialist advice.

The customisation of an existing hose as a special hose is a standard service for us. Many of the properties of our hoses can be adapted: from the appearance (such as the colour) to the inner workings (e.g. the wire).
