How important is good communication to you? We believe it is essential, which is why we aim to assign you a dedicated contact person. Our key account management ensures that you have a permanent contact person who has your requirements in mind.
This is a great advantage for you, because a fixed contact person knows you and your needs. If the worst comes to the worst, they can react quickly and provide you with the products you need. With our binding framework agreements, you protect yourself and your systems and guarantee optimised processes.
The hose experts at your side
Choosing the right hose is often not that easy. There are countless factors to consider when searching. First and foremost, the area of application must be determined, as this gives an indication of the other parameters.
The pumped medium is essential when determining the hose: Is it gaseous, liquid, dusty or solid? And how abrasive or aggressive does it behave towards the hose during conveying? Depending on the area of application and the conveyed medium, properties such as temperature and pressure resistance (for suction or extraction) as well as flexibility are required.
It is also possible that hoses have to fulfil special conditions. For example, certain additives for flame retardancy (fire protection) or in humid environments help to optimise the hose for its intended use.

ADVICE is very important to us
Our technical sales colleagues are on hand to ensure that your customer receives the right hose. They receive regular training and have countless decades of combined experience in the hose business. It is rare for our team of hose experts to be unfamiliar with an application - and even then they will be happy to help you competently. In this case, the field service team will travel with you to your customer and take a look at the situation on site. All parameters are taken into account and agreed with you so that your customer is completely satisfied.

Are you looking for a hose with very specific properties? Our product finder will help you find the right hose for your application. Simply enter important parameters such as medium, temperature resistance or pressure behaviour and receive your desired product quickly and specifically.

Shipment tracking and delivery
You can, of course, track our goods using the consignment tracking function. This means you always know where the products you have purchased are currently located.
In addition to shipping to you, we also offer shipping directly to your customer for a small service fee.

Media licence agreement
As a partner, we will provide you with all the data you need after signing our media utilisation agreement. In addition to the logos for the presentation of our brand, you will receive both a high-resolution product photo and the corresponding product data for each product requested.
