In this area of application, we offer high-quality pneumatic hoses for various segments, whose properties and plastics can vary depending on the application. For example, pneumatics control the partly fully automated production and packaging machines in the food industry. Depending on the raw material, all products offer excellent properties that guarantee an optimised production process. Depending on the application and the expected requirement profile, we can offer you the right hose. From rolled goods to moulded hoses and complete hose lines, we always have the right solution for your application.

General information on the materials for penumatic hoses
Our pneumatic hoses are made from PUR, PA or PE. Depending on the material, this results in a wide variety of properties and therefore also diverse areas of application. By adding various additives, we are able to add new properties or enhance existing properties from the raw material.
Due to the combination of materials, our pneumatic hoses made of 98A achieve extremely good low-temperature flexibility, are UV-resistant and have good damping behaviour. Our pneumatic hoses made of PA 12w, on the other hand, achieve good pressure resistance, are impact-resistant and have good temperature resistance. In pneumatic hoses, the material PE LD primarily ensures a low permeation rate for water, water vapour and gases.
Special materials for pneumatic hoses for food & pharmaceuticals
We offer special materials for more restrictive sectors such as the food and pharmaceutical industries. Additives are not the only important aspect. For the food and pharmaceutical industry, we offer food-safe pneumatic hoses in which the raw materials used, such as PA, PE or TPE, are fully FDA-compliant.
Design and manufacturing process of pneumatic hoses
All hoses from Novoplast Schlauchtechnik are manufactured using an extrusion process. The design is referred to as a fully extruded plastic hose. This type of construction includes the classic hose geometry in terms of inner and outer diameter. The hoses differ in terms of the desired wall thicknesses. Hoses can also be welded at our production site in Halberstadt. Up to four lines are combined in one hose.
Our pneumatic hoses can also be produced in accordance with GMP on request.
