Not all hoses are the same - here we present our product highlights: Our hoses are as diverse as there are areas of application, special requirements or individual wishes. They usually fulfil essential functions and make life easier or safer.
Combiflex connection solutions: So that you don't lose the connection!
Our Combiflex threaded connectors hold components together and ensure that everything stays well connected. You can use the threaded connectors to attach an external thread to a hose, for example. This makes the hose screwable and can then be connected to almost any object that has an internal thread. Or you can use the external thread of the threaded connector to screw a male or female part onto a hose as a coupling element. Or to screw a hose into a container. You can either simply screw the connector onto a spiral hose yourself - or opt for a permanent connection between hose and connector. For this type of customised connection solution, we cut a hose to the required length and permanently cast the hose and connecting element together.

The high-performance hoses developed by the Masterflex Group specifically for robotics and automation applications fulfil the requirements of even the most extreme environments.
In addition to our many years of expertise in the standard hose range, we also offer our customers unique and customised hose solutions, especially in the field of robotics and automation. In our Engineering Services Workflow, Masterflex Group sales, engineers and technicians work closely together to develop customised high-performance hoses that are perfectly tailored to your requirements. This ensures that you get the best possible performance from your robotics applications.
Hoses with highly innovative TPA lining
It is made from one piece ("moulded") and therefore absolutely smooth! Our new hose with innovative TPA lining has optimum flow properties, is energy-saving and easy to clean.
The hose can be combined with a wide range of materials. This means it can be further modified - for example in terms of its resistance to abrasion and chemicals. In addition, the inner lining can be realised with different Shore hardnesses so that the flexibility of the hose can be individually adapted to the requirements. In contrast to the inline and performance hoses, the colour of the inner and outer wall can be changed individually.
Additives such as antistatic agents or UV stabilisers can also be added or the sliding properties adjusted.
Completely safe - compliant food hoses from Masterflex
Masterflex has compliant food hoses for a wide range of applications and we are constantly expanding our portfolio, even for niche applications. Whether standard hoses or customised special solutions, we are always willing to offer suitable food hoses and connectors so that the food produced every day can be consumed safely. People consume food on very different occasions. Whether we are having breakfast, snacking or enjoying a fresh coffee from our favourite vending machine, safety during the consumption of food products is the be-all and end-all. Various media are channelled and transported through compliant food hoses in production processes.
Hoses for autumnal applications
When the leaves fall in autumn, municipal waste disposal companies work overtime. Leaves are not only removed for visual reasons: Damp leaves form a slippery layer, can clog drains or block sewer pipes.
Large and small municipal sweepers are used to solve such problems. These machines are usually equipped with hoses, many of them from the Masterflex portfolio! The main requirements for the hoses used here are flexibility, resistance to microbes/hydrolysis and abrasion resistance.

They are the absolute customer favourites when it comes to transport hoses: The Master-PUR Inline and Master-PUR Performance suction and transport hoses. They were developed for transporting extremely abrasive media and other problematic goods. They are manufactured without internal weld seams and corrugated valleys and are robust, efficient and economical.

Attention, dust explosion!
Dust explosions are an underestimated danger in industrial production. Microscopically fine particles can quickly transform the ambient air into an ignitable atmosphere. All it takes is a small spark to trigger an explosion with serious consequences. To prevent the big bang from happening in the first place, safe components such as antistatic or electrically conductive or dissipative hoses should be used. They help to prevent electrostatic charges and minimise the risk of serious dust explosions.
