Connection solutions: Hose connectors and connection technology
The connection points of hoses to an existing system are one of the special challenges in the field of connection technology.
These connection points must hold perfectly and securely, especially under extreme conditions. To achieve this, the hose and connection element must work together as a system. In concrete terms, this means Flanges or nozzles must be "integrated" into a hose as a so-called fitting. The requirements for this type of fitting integration are described in ISO standard EN 14420 and other standards. Safe hose fittings always require optimum coordination of the connection piece, hose and type of connection. In any case, the geometry of the hose connector contour should match the selected hose and its application.
Regardless of whether you want to connect, join, couple or integrate hoses, connection elements or fittings: We have the right connection solutions for you!
Our range extends from clamps and connectors made of metal or plastic to special pipe bends. This is also where the manufacturing process coating is also used here. In coating, plastics are moulded in specially designed moulds to produce special connecting parts or to attach sockets.
Permanently mounted connectors: connections from a single mould
We only supply some plastic connectors in conjunction with a hose. Depending on the hose type selected, we can manufacture various moulded-on connectors in different nominal widths for you.
Even though the production of these permanently moulded connectors is an important part of our standardised production, such coated parts are not standard items in the strict sense. This is because the combination of hose and connector results in system articles or hose systems that are manufactured to order. However, the possibilities for modifying articles are limited when it comes to coating - in contrast to hoses, which can be customised for every application.
Nevertheless, the permanently mounted connectors in particular are rather unusual components. This is also because they are equipped with a digital interface as standard. This means that the corresponding hose systems are compatible with the AMPIUS® app.
And there is something else that makes the permanently mounted plastic connectors special: we incorporate so-called earthing plates into individual conical and fixed flanges during production. Hose systems with this feature reliably dissipate electrostatic charges.

Plastic connectors for hoses
Plastic connectors or plastic hose connectors are the ideal solution for connecting media-carrying pipes safely and reliably.
Our portfolio initially includes various flange types that can be connected with a mating flange or a connecting piece. This selection of fixed, loose and threaded flanges is supplemented by various tapered flanges. These tapered flanges are particularly easy to install in conjunction with our quick-release clamps.
