Always the right hose for the industry!
Many factors determine the selection of the right hose or hose system. Our answer to these specific requirements are customised hoses and connection systems!
The requirement to convey or extract solid or gaseous substances safely and flexibly arises for many companies in the industrial environment. The very specific installation situation often determines whether a product or solution is suitable - or not. The materials used must also fulfil the respective technical requirements as well as legal or other specifications. Our answer to these specific requirements are customised hoses and connection systems!
In addition to standard and special hoses, we also offer customised solutions as well as hoses and hose systems with integrated life cycle tracking functions(AMPIUS®) and expertise in the field of circular economy as part of our engineering services. circular economy expertise. For us, a hose is much more than "a flexible, elongated hollow body with a mostly round cross-section." Hoses are available in countless designs for a wide range of applications.
If you look at the structure of hoses, it quickly becomes clear that they all consist of three components: the core, the inserts and the cover. The core refers to the layer of material that lines the inside of the hose. This means that all pumped media only come into contact with it. The inserts are the components that lie between the core and the cover. These can be fabrics or textiles made from a wide variety of materials, steel wires or spirals. They are mainly used to absorb negative or positive pressure. The cover encloses the hose and protects it from all external influences.
They are the absolute customer favourites when it comes to transport hoses: The Master-PUR Inline and Master-PUR Performance suction and transport hoses. They were developed for transporting extremely abrasive media and other problematic goods. They are manufactured without internal weld seams and corrugated valleys and are robust, efficient and economical.
The majority of hoses used to extract and convey abrasive solids are made from the high-performance material polyurethane (PUR) . The properties of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomers (TPU) combine a wide range of requirements and unite elasticity, durability and ageing resistance.
Polyethylene (PE) is characterised by its high resistance to acids, alkalis and chemicals. The material has a much higher chemical resistance than PU. Polyethylene hoses are therefore particularly suitable for demanding applications, e.g. for transporting aggressive gaseous and liquid media or for transporting fine-grained particles such as dusts and powders in the chemical industry.
There are many good reasons to buy hoses and connection technology from us. Here are 5 of them:

By implementing various lean practices, we ensure stable and efficient processes in the upstream value chain, short delivery times, top-quality products and innovation including upstream services (e.g. consulting) from a single source. Investments in digitalisation and automation support this.
Our focus is on growth with new products and materials. This is realised, for example, through customer-specific solutions or innovations developed in-house for completely new fields of application. In addition, we are expanding the current value chain vertically in order to save our customers resource-intensive work steps (e.g. assembly work).
Our employees play the most important role in achieving the goals we have set ourselves in terms of profitability, growth and the circular economy. A culture of innovation and openness to new technologies make our employees reliable and competent partners.
